some one please point what your seeing. i don't have enough information. i see a newer box around 2005 which would relate to a later sold F serial number and the correct style clasp. the watch was listed before and got up to 7000.00 before a newbie (registered user) pitched it up 8800.00

I can't tell if the watch is real or not, it seems real and the pictures are congruous. The seller though is a different matter. No feedback and little description usually means a scam. But unless you could document where the pictures came from, I'd be hard pressed to call this one.

In this case it's less about what they're seeing with regards to the watch and more with the seller. We find that a lot of scammers will join ebay and start hocking high-priced wares without any history and with very little effort put into the listing itself. My belief is that if you're trying to sell a high-priced item with low or no feedback you should 1) be very descriptive about the watch in your own words, and 2) make sure to take tons of pictures of the item including some with your Handle on it. It's worth paying the fee for the extra pictures if you're trying to sell something of that value. Or you could be like me. I have a software package that allows me to host my ebay images through their servers.
