FS: 1962 Rolex Explorer 1016 with Chapter Ring Gilt Dial

Description: Case: The excellent case has previously been polished and has a bright sleeve polished appearance. The smooth stainless bezel is also in excellent condition and shows light wear for its age. Dial: The glossy gilt dial is excellent and shows light patina for its age. The lume has aged to a warm sandy hue and the hands are matching. All lume glows brightly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate. Bracelet: New green suede Molequin strap. Accessories: None. Notes: The deep glossy black dial shows only a few subtle signs that it's been in service for almost 60 years.
