Lepine pocket watch?

Hi. My mother was sorting through some of my late step father's things and found these watch parts. As I'm interested in watches she gave them to me.
Having done a bit of research I think it's a Lepine pocket watch from the sixties.
It's 18 carat yellow gold and the main serial numbers are 733097 27-AM400 2638479 782
I would appreciate it if anyone could confirm that I'm on the right track and any thoughts as to what it may cost to have it restored.
Thanks in advance.
