Incoming... plus celebration!

New incoming. It feels amazing on the wrist. I went out of the AD last night, and went straight to a great restaurant with no free tables... but I said I was coming in to celebrate (but did not tell them exactly what) and they said, let us try to arrange a table for you but "may I know what are you celebrating?" — I responded with: "A great business just closed". Haha.

Have a great Sunday guys!

I don’t know which looks better, the watch or the dinner! What a piece. Congratulations. (I’m surprised you could afford a fantastic dinner out after having picked up your new watch! )

Congrats on the watch.

I've never seen one of those things on the bottle before?

It’s a preservation system so you don’t have to remove the cork and be forced to drink the entire bottle.

Oh and I love the watch by the way .. YELLOW GOLD SO BOSS.. for 2’ tone I’m all about the bluesy but for solid yellow I prefer black

Yeah! Jody got it. It's an amazing device. On this trip, I wanted to get one but forgot. But they're great, specially if you're buying nicer bottles, and just want to have a couple of glasses in a month or so... Or you can just buy more bottles, and drink a glass of each during the week, with no pressure to having to drink them all before they get ruined with time after being opened.

Take a look, it's probably this model of Coravin https://cookinglife.eu/coravin-wine-...odel-one-black

Thank you so much, Brian! Wow, that's great to hear. It's nice to go open a bottle of something nice, or go for a nice dinner after buying something like this. When I first saw this watch in person like 8 years ago, I never, ever, thought I'd be able to get it, and last night felt really special, having the watch in my wrist, eating something nice (Spanish calamari rice with a sauce had a bit of a sweet taste), and drinking some great wines along.

Haha... that's funny, cause indeed, I had to take a look at my card before ordering, checked it on my phone, and I was like, ok... great, we can dine now lol (specially cause I bought other watches this week haha).

I always celebrate with one of these. My last couple anyway

Hehe... that's somehow what the AD told me, she said it's a special model, because it's a 2020 one, so it's the last year where 116618LN were made by Rolex -- and without asking-- she said it could become something special "maybe" in the future.

I was really going for the blue one, but that was the "12" series... but she did a 5% discount as it was the last one they had, that was their argument. They wrote me a few hours after I saw it, and it got me thinking.

To be honest, the blue color is amazing, but it's kind of a "screaming" blue, and discount or not, I am now happy I got the black version!!!

And yeah! As a 2020, it got the new "no full name" warranty card!
