FS: 1961 Rolex Oyster Chronograph Ref: 6234 "Pre-Daytona"

Serial # 688,XXX

Case: Very nice case that has previously been polished and has wear from use. Comes with a correct Valjoux 72B movement.

Bezel/Insert: Excellent condition Stainless Steel bezel with sharp edges and wear from use.

Dial: Nice silver/cream "Swiss Only" chronograph dial with arrow-head markers. The dial has some spotting and speckling from age. The lume dots are all partially intact and the lume has aged to a creamy orange patina.

Hands: Very nice Rolex alpha-hands with some aging. The lume in the hour hands has mostly flaked out.

Bracelet/Strap: Very nice newer 7205 Swiss Made rivet bracelet with 13 links and 60 end pieces. The bracelet has some stretch from use which is common for bracelets from this period.
The clasp is stamped: 2 69

Accessories/Extras:  This watch comes with the watch as shown in the photos and service papers from Los Angeles Watchworks.

The watch was fully serviced in May 2019.
