What Seiko this is?

My dad got two of these from his company at the very early 80's. Pictured watch doesn't have original bracelet on. I know the model should be from around 1980.

Any technical specification for this? I don't have user manual, nothing. Even full model name?

It's very accurate watch. My dad's daily use was adjusted twice a year, when changing to daylight saving time and back. Each time had lost/gained usually from nothing to 2 seconds. And this was from year to year.

Under the "6" it says "JAPAN 7123 -S13L R". Day function has both English and French day names.

The numbers on the caseback show that it's got a 7123 movement inside. I'm not sure where you can get a manual or specifications for that, though.
