Incoming ... DJ 116234
So I finally decided and pulled the trigger on a Datejust. It's a NOS 116234 Black Stick Dial, wearing all of its stickers and with all paperwork.
It's not new per se... but new enough, and new to me. It should arrive on Saturday...

Oh man, what a great watch, congrats! The DJ 36 is so comfortable and perfect on the wrist. I like the previous dial (like yours) better than the new ones, too. It’s a tiny detail, but I love those little Roman numerals in the minute track.
