Yep, ‘Explorer’ text should be below the hands, not above.

Plus this would be awful and Rolex just wouldn’t...

No idea if this is real, find out in a couple of hours. But assuming that the Explorer is updated, why wouldn’t the Explorer text move back above the hands? And why couldn’t the text font revert to a previous type?

You may be right that it’s fake, but I think your reasoning is flawed.
