The font on the dial is from 114270 not 214270

No idea if this is real, find out in a couple of hours. But assuming that the Explorer is updated, why wouldn’t the Explorer text move back above the hands? And why couldn’t the text font revert to a previous type?

You may be right that it’s fake, but I think your reasoning is flawed.

this may be true - as crown displayed in the video on Rolex.com is marked as two-tone, i.e. underscore below the crown instead of dots
