38mm ROC
Good evening all. In the market for a 38mm ROC.
Based on my research the 38 should wear similar to a Daytona. Anyone with 6.5 inch wrists recommend the 41? Lastly the boutique quoted me ~$29k. Does that seem right, if I recall correctly sticker was $24k when released. Thanks in advance! |

prices increased twice since they released. 38 will wear find for you, but if you have very flat wrists then you might be able to pull off a 41, but only barely... 38 looks great, i had both that and a daytona at the same time and can confirm they wear similar. my only gripe is that theres no easylink or micro adjustment on a RO bracelet, and doing a 1.5 link looks kind of ugly.

wears "almost" the same as a 116520 Daytona ; very slightly smaller if you have a good eye. Was ~23k when it came out in 2019, now i think it's ~28-29k so the price is correct.
BTW, personal preference, the blue/white dial is gorgeous and definitely nicer than the Daytona. The technical aspect (if it matters) is lackluster : second hands is jerky (21600 bph vs 28,800), no hacking second, pushers are squishy, no easylink extension. |

Depends on the shape of your wrist. Also, consider how it looks in proportion to your hands and forearms.
I have a flat 6.4" wrist, but I do have decently built forearms and hands for a skinny dude. Here's how my newly acquired 41mm RO looks on me... ![]() Most of my friends who have seen my wrist shots thinks it looks great, with the exception of one friend who thinks it's too big. That same guy has a similar wrist to me, and feels his GMT Batman is pushing the envelope in size already. He thinks most 37-38mm watches are perfect for him. So obviously he tends to prefer smaller watches. Ultimately, you have to be comfortable with no only how it looks to you, but how it feels. |

Here it is on my 7.5” wrist; it’s perfect for me; having said that I don’t have very flat wrists.

Really depends on the shape of your waist, the diameter is only a reference.
Try it on ! The dial of the 38 look a bit pack to me compare to the 41, but really just by a bit |

I have 6.6” flat wrist, I wear 36mm AP vintage to 41mm AP modern.
Wear whatever you like. If you like 41mm ROC better, it would be better to wait for a new model.

It’s definitely got a shimmer; I think it looks more white than silver but AP calls it silver and it’s certainly not flat. I’ve never done a side by side but I’d venture to guess it’s the same shade as the 41mm w the black subdials.

The 38mm Chrono is a great size. But for me, the 39mm is just perfect!

Has to be 41mm for me. 38mm is way too small for my wrists.

6.75in flat wrist here. 38 wears perfect. I wear it without any links added or subtracted, though I do have the 1.5 link for the height of the summer.
41 works on my wrist too but personally makes me feel a little self conscious. ![]() ![]() ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Or you need to add some extra links to the bracelet?

If you’re interested the 39mm older ones will work well too. I think the fit of a Daytona (I’ve owned two) and a 39mm ROC (I’ve also owned two) are perfect for my 6.5” wrist. I could not wear a 41mm RO or ROC.

38 ROC On 7” inch wrist . Loving it still . Of course don’t mine to let the 37, 39, 41mm to sit on my wrist too . But this 38mm is so wearable and just like your Rolex 5 digits series.
Good luck ![]() |

So to clarify his response (because it is what I did too) he has a 26022 which is the gold 39mm ROC on a strap and then added the gold bracelet. That’s the equivalent of a 25960. ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

38mm is perfection for small/medium sized wrists. You get to see the watch face and bracelet integration while looking down at your wrist (as opposed to just the large case). It is the intent of the RO
