GO Sixties Annual in green vs. Grand Seiko SBGH271

So I'm hesitating between 2 semi-casual, green faced, steel bodied watches, i.e.,

Glashütte Original Sixties Ref. 1-39-52-03-02-04
vs.
Grand-Seiko sbgh271g

They are similarly priced just under $6.5k. The Grand Seiko has the advantage of a bracelet and a smoother second hand thanks to the 36,000 bpm movement.

I already have a GS nearly exactly like this one (same 62GS case, previous iteration of the movement, different face). I love it.

I have never handled a GO, but I love the whimsical look of the dial on this one (font, no date window, nicer green dial in the pics I've seen).

What are the key objective (as much as possible) trade-offs between the 2 in your opinions? Fit & finish, value over time, ease & cost of service,...?

Thank you!

GO a dress watch, GS a sports watch. Since I have a bad habit of quickly getting bored of & flipping dress watches, I'd opt for the latter.

Congratulations! Both are high value watches but because you already have a Grand Seiko, I think you made the right choice. I really like that GO.

Congrats! Good choice. GO is such good value.
I am happy I got one myself recently.
Any photos to share?

At this point, it looks like I don't have enough posts on the forum to be allowed to link to external pics, and I would need to reduce the size of pictures a lot to simply upload them. I need to see what I can do to change that...
