How do you do it ...

I just got 2 watches returned from there service and a repair (Non Pam) and the watchmaker recomended to keep the watches running now and then, this for the oil used in the calibre so it keep evenly distrebuted threw the calibre, and aparently to keep the spring under tention now and then.

so how do you guy's do this? Do you do this at all >? keep them on a winder of just wear the watches now and then. I was always under the impression if it does not move it does not wear ..

im sure when my Dad reads this, he will be walking around with my Pam's to keep them in "good shape"...

Reg,
N.

Well come think about it how long it sat at AD?

Anyway, I just wind here and there. I'm starting to enjoy the ritual of winding.

i have 2 auto watches and they are put on the winder normally. usually one is always on there if i'm wearing the other for a few days. it's a good investment and i suggest you get one to help keep your timepieces well oiled.

First, I don't have any winder.
Secondly, I don't have any automatic PAM...Only Rolex.
