Rolex OP 124200 query

Hi all
A firend of mine bought me an OP 2020 124200 with black dial from switzerland.
As I received the watch I was totally shocked because of the size. It supposed to be 34 mm but it is 31 mm. All details of watch and guarantee card match together. I was thinking about previous reference 114200 which is exactly 34 mm and because of this reason I ordered this.
Can anyone advice if new models have size shrunk? Why the rolex website mention about 34 mm

Thanks

Which size do you want? 28, 31, 34, 36 or 41?

The 124200 OP34 is actually a 33mm
