Who would you recommend for a custom synthetic strap?

Truly custom and flexible with requirements , I have a unique case.

(Nylon,sailcloth.rubber,canvas,etc)

Hmmm... I can't recall who yet there was someone on Paneristi's Facebook discussion page. I'd ask there.
