Next Watch Dilemma

Good evening all

Very new to this forum and looking for some advice regarding my next watch purchase.

I have a small collection as follows

Rolex DJ 41 TT 126333 fluted, white stick dial on an oyster. Which I bought as I love the classic Rolex look but decided to go with the oyster as it just toned the look down to my taste

BB58 black dial which I used as my daily wearer.

I also have a few micro brand watches as a bit of fun.

I'm torn between adding an

Omega motm hesitate
Rolex Air king bloodhound
Tudor Chrono panda

Your thoughts would be really appreciated

Buy the Omega among these three, provided you’re not only buying it to tick a box on the “every collection needs this” list. Believe me, I did and lost money doing it. As a general rule, it’s probably best not to buy a next watch just to buy a next watch or to build a collection. Wait for the urge to buy that one specific one you really want, because that will come. And when it comes, you don’t want to be out of the money, having spent it on lukewarm stuff prematurely. Oh and please call it Speedmaster Hesalite. If the material that makes this watch what it is doesn’t resonate enough with you to know what it’s called, it’s probably safe to assume you should not spend your money on it.

The Speedmaster is a classic which would fit well with the feel of your collection. It would add another brand and give you a chronograph to compliment your diver and your alrounder.

It would match the classic, traditional vibe you have going on and has real heritage and pedigree, as well as being an amazing piece.

This is great advice. The DJ and BB58 really cover you for any situation you could encounter. If you have a nagging for a specific watch that you just can’t shake and you gotta have it, get that. But don’t get something just to get it.

Hard to say no to a Speedy.

But if you go with the Tudor, I recommend thinking extra hard about panda vs reverse panda. I got the reverse and I'm so happy I did. Legibility is important to me, and I think the panda is a real problem in low light condition. I'm really enjoying mine. I've been wearing it daily since the day I got it a few weeks ago.

Appreciate all your comments, thank you.

I do prefer the more vintage feel to my watches I must say.

Edging towards the speedy as I recently handed down the Tissot Chrono I worn for many years to my son for sentimental reasons. The Tudor would have to be the reverse as I also feel the Panda could be difficult to read.

Any other chrono you guys would suggest I take a look at ?

The Speedmaster, in my humble opinion, is the definitive chronograph. Get that.
