watch service UK

Hi folks - am inn need of some advice. I have an O&W M65 military style watch with an ETA movement. Its probably 20 years old and has long ago fallen out of rotation. I seem to remember it had stopped keeping accurate time and so it was chucked in a drawer and forgotten about.

Recently I dropped it off at the repair shop and the estimate for service has come back at £345. Problem is that its value is between £100 and £200 I'm guessing?

Is £345 reasonable? Am tempted to put it back in the drawer as I have several other watches to wear anyway. Thoughts please.

I. Open the case, remove the dial and the movement.
II. Remove the dial from the movement and the hands.
III. Strip down the movement into its individual components.
IV. Check whether the watch parts function correctly, checking for rust or wear.
V. Determine if any parts require replacing. Estimate to client if required.
VI. Wash the stripped-down movement in cleaning machine with specific baths.
VII. Assemble and lubricate the movement. (Several different grades of lubricant may be used when lubricating a watch)
VIII. Adjust the movement in accordance with our quality criteria.
IX. Fit the dial and the hands.
X. Bench test & final adjustment of the movement.
XI. Ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet.
XII. Polish the case.
XIII. Re-assemble the case.
XIV. Close the case and check the water-resistance (if appropriate).
XV. Set the correct time on the watch, check the cleanliness and the functioning of the assembled watch.
XVI. Bench test over 24 hours. If not satisfactory, the watch is returned to the watchmaker for the necessary corrections.
XVII. Fit the bracelet or strap and carry out a final check before returning the watch to you
