This is quite the catch. A P serial (2001-2002) Rolex 16613 black submariner.
This is a one owner watch, has the paperwork filled out by the original owner and was purchased in July 2001 in IL from a Rolex AD.

The sub is keeping time about 4-5 seconds fast and there is no service history.

Luminova shines bright and Swiss made dial.
Bracelet is a complete 12.5 link set with the clasp and coronet prominent. Bracelet has mild stretch due to wear but this is standard with these years.
Will fit an 8” wrist.

A complete collectors set PM submariner - a 5 digit no less.
