The buzz from getting "the call" is real!
I was getting ready to leave work yesterday around 4:45 and I see a call on my phone from my local AD. The SA informs me that they have the no-date Sub I requested about 8 months ago.

I was ecstatic, but the AD was closing at 5:00, so I had to wait to go to the AD this morning when they opened at 10:30. I spent most of this morning like a kid who couldn't wait for Christmas morning.

Anyway, here's the obligatory wrist shot:

The absolute simplicity of the no date is my absolute favorite! My first Rolex was a 14060 no date and I enjoyed looking at it each day. I had the choice of a date version and I’m happy to this day that I turned it down. Congratulations!

Imagine, in the not too distant past, when going into an AD and walking out with a Sub was no more difficult than going to the gas station and filling up your tank..........how times have changed!!!! Enjoy!!!!!
