Launched in 2011 and discontinued in 2021 with the launch of the next generation of Explorer II, the ref. 216570 came in either white (polar) or black dial variants. The 216570 features a refined 42mm stainless steel case with a maxi dial, where the hour markers are larger for easier legibility. In addition, the watch has a striking contrast with the GMT hand in orange.

This watch is in mint pre-owned condition. All photos are of the actual watch being sold. The beating heart in the Explorer II is the Rolex automatic calibre 3187. The watch only comes with the original manual. Please inquire if needed to help source a period correct box. The production year is unknown since the watch has no card, but estimate between 2011-2020. It features an engraved random serial on the rehaut ring.
