Icon20 Rolex-Tudor Dial

Has Anyone seen both of Rolex and Tudor mentioned on a dial together?

Appreciate any feedback

Moved to the vintage section.

Double branded dials are usually not genuine, but this one looks more interesting than most.

It seems to be from late 1950's or early 1960's

For what is worth. Regarding the link provided by @Feb_29, specifically the following post:

I have one, with an inscription to the Optimists President 1958 - 1959, and I have seen two or three others offered over the years.
See this one on Ebay:

HQ Milton had one listed that was similar:

As with Tiffany dials, who knows if these were printed after the fact..

As usual, these double printings are always on a Tudor watch with no reference to Rolex at all. Other than the few double printings in the 1930s that are confirmed to be correct and those only state that the movement is by Rolex, IMO these later ones are all reprinted dials.

These came with the Tudor caliber 390. This is what the dial markings should look like. Prince only for the fancy lug case and Oyster-Prince when in the Oyster case.

At least the Oyster case and Rolex crown has more connection to Rolex than the case with the fancy lugs and no Rolex crown like the OPs.

Those Rolex marked pieces were probably redone in order to enhance their worth and prestige.

Thank you much. HQ Milton one is the closest one.

Wonder if some company had them custom made and gave it to employees for their long employment.
