To Rolex or not to Rolex in SF/Napa

What should I take? BLNR is my daily, but thinking IWC or Tudor for the trip.

What says the community? Probably not wearing Mickey BTW.

Tudor. I'm heading out there in a month. I've already been thinking about what I'll bring with.

I either wear a Royal Oak or RG GMTII when I go to Napa. I'd never go to SF willingly though.

SF is sketchy and has always been sketchy, i still wear one. But to be fair i go from the ferry building to my office on market, then back to the ferry. If i was going out at night and walking the street, probably a no go.

Napa is fine, you could wear a rainbow in Napa and you’re not going to have an issue.

For SF wear an Apple Watch/Tudor or nothing at all. For Napa, wear whatever your want-Daytona

The Daytona if you want to be noticed in a Rolex, but honestly I think your speedy would be a great watch for both locales if you wanted to be a little more under the radar, especially in SF. Wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing the Daytona in the city myself so if I wanted to take a Rolex with me I’d wear the speedy to the city and the Daytona in Napa.

Honestly you are fine in SF if you wear a Rolex, I mean im sure you are not going to be walking around the tenderloins at night. Dont believe everything these guys tell you. Wear the watch you like in both places. Isn't Chicago worse lol

You’ll be fine in the City, even more so in Napa. The daytime high is like 60 right now so likely be in a long sleeve as it is.

We had a TRF get together with people with ALS, Daytonas, APs on without much concern. Just be aware of your surroundings.

Enjoy the trip!

GMT as you'll be in a different time zone. I've never felt unsafe whatsoever in the Bay area. The area is loaded with wealth, you won't stand out.
