Thinking of purchasing this 18038 from Bob's. Is this dial authentic?
It is missing the lume dots (has roman's instead)

Is that correct for this model ?

I am not sure the tapestry had the outer railroad track. Thought it was just stick markers with hash marks but I do not know for sure.
