4401 is quick

My 43mm 26420 is running fast by a minuet every 2 weeks, is that normal?
I wear it every day and have not wound it since day one, 2 months ago.
I rest it face up most nights, occasionally crown up. Does that make any difference?

Try getting it demagnetized. I had a similar issue with my Czapek. Fixed it right up. You can buy these on Amazon or elsewhere pretty cheaply.

What's that - like 4 seconds fast per day? I wouldn't worry about it

A minute every two weeks (~4 sec fast a day) is well within spec. AP doesn't really specify or sell itself on accuracy specs, but IIRC the factory tolerance is something like 12 seconds a day. My 15450 ran about 10 seconds fast a day when new.

Doesn’t sound like it’s magnetized though.

do NOT try to demagnetise your watch yourself. By trying to demagnetise your watch you only actually cause the watch to magnetise.

You should rest the watch crown up, which will slow it down by a few seconds overnight.

My RO runs +6 seconds during the day and -5 seconds at night when I leave it crown up. If I rest it flat, it'll range from 0 to +2 seconds overnight.

Brain fart on my part, I misread it as a minute per day. Need more coffee. 4s a day is nothing.
