Rolex behaving badly

My Rolex has just started not working when I am wearing it but working as soon as I take it off - very strange, has anyone got any experience of this?
Thanks

It’s by design - next stage of Rolex creating scarcity for their products: It doesn’t work when you want to wear it, so people stop wearing them, which makes them rare in the wild…

No, mine all run perfect regardless of movement and I paid MSRP for them at an AD with very little wait. Also the value of my Rolexes hasn’t dropped because they’re not for sale.

Welcome to the forum.

No and doubt in the real world this is factual.

How old is it? When was it last serviced? What reference (model) is it?

You haven't provided enough information to even guess why you're having this problem. Your best bet is to take it to a local watchmaker that services Rolex watches and have them open the case and inspect it. It sounds like something that should be easily identified.

It's the new security system built in. You have to be qualified to wear a Rolex now. Fill out the application and send it to Rolex, They will enable the watch if you are accepted. Of course there is a one time start up fee of $3700.

Otherwise it's for exhibition only.

If you give it the full 30-40 winds does it start running? If you set it down the and leave it for an hour or 2 and come back to it is it still running?

Is it movement that causes it to immediately stop running?

There is a lot of grumpiness around lately but to be fair you have not given much detail around what issues you are seeing

Help us help you
