Rolex 16233 - Concerns?

Hello forum,
Recently purchased a 16233 from a reputable second hand dealer on the weekend. Had a few questions to clear up.
The watch currently is loosing 26 seconds in an 18 hour period and only seems to have a power reserve of 12 hours.

Also when cycling the dates, the “31” appears to have a fat 3 and a skinny 1. Watch purchased with no box or papers

Would this concern people?
Cheers.
