Best bodybuilding watch
Most days I go to work and straight to the gym. I don’t like leaving my watch in the car or in a locker. They say the safest place for a watch is on your wrist.
So many days I wear my watch while getting a pump. Behold the greatest bodybuilding watch of all time. Glidelock clasps so as you get a pump you can adjust. Green which gives hulk vibes, but without the dainty bracelet and clasp of the hulk. Not over bloated and juiced up like the seadweller, which is too top heavy to not get in the way. |

Great to see a Sub in the gym. I love it when people don’t baby their watches. I wanted the same Sub you have, but couldn’t bear the AD games and opted for a blue Seamaster 300M instead. The “PUSH” clasp is similar to the Glidelock, and was important to have for the same reasons you gave. I use the bezel to time myself in between sets on squats, too. Modern dive watches are awesome, beautifui 126610LV you have there. Cheers

These are after all sport watches. I would wear something small tho - 36 mm exp would be perfect and less out of the way kind of watch

In the gym I attend when I am in Athens, Greece, I have seen the most luxury watches I have ever seen in the wild in a concentrated space--and I mean, anywhere--including Daytonas, old and new GMTs, Subs, Daydates and even Nautilus. Myself, I prefer to work out with bare wrists or occasionally with wrist straps.

I wear mine too and from the gym but not whilst training, I wouldn’t be able to train properly and as hard with a watch on. I just leave it in my bag.
The pump and wrist swelling causes major issues without some sort of Bracelet extension though, I’ve added three links to my watch size over the last 4 years |

I hate wearing a watch when at the gym especially when lifting weights.

Best bodybuilding watch
This one for me when only lifting, but usually nothing. It’s a Garmin when running, for tracking purposes.

Strap a Deepsea to each wrist for the day and you won't even need to go to the gym.

I usually pop on the Pelagos, that auto adjust clasp spring setting is perfect as the wrist expands and contracts. Helps to not to have to manually adjust when I’m getting my Popeye on!
Lightweight but substantial on the wrist, all brushed keeps it looking fine as it bumps around…pretty great tool watch for active stuff, even wear it when I’m cutting the grass. |

You should add more weight. I wear the DSSD, about 16lbs of more weight,....lol
My left bicep is massive due to the added weight of the watch. Kidding.
