126618 real world price?

MSRP is $37,950 so what is a decent price? including say 10 precent tax ?

I think 40k for NIB/unsized. That’s retail plus tax.

You can get one from an AD within a couple months. If grey wants to sell one today, he would have to offer it at least at 40k or better considering that authenticity, shipping would always be suspect. And, the market is in free fall right now. Why can’t you wait a few months to get a better deal?

just saw one on Moda for $34k (vgc). Your timing is excellent I reckon. Only issue might be what is bottom and are we there yet. My impression is that PM watches are going soft again so unless it is less than msrp I'd wait.
