can anyone help please
could any one tell me anything about my watch .i.e how old ,model etc and what does the meaning movement is out of balance mean, regards lexo

Well, that movement is filthy, and would definitely benefit from a complete overhaul. A good watchmaker will be able to tell you up front if any parts are needed. Go from there.
Worth restoring, also with new crystal and light case polish/cleaning.

It looks like a sterling silver, Rebberg-movement Rolex (unsigned on the dial), circa 1914-1917.
As for the watch being "out of balance", I am not familiar with this term, but I'm sure it has something to do with the balance wheel having a problem. A good watchmaker, as Adam has indicated, is your best bet for cleaning, servicing and an appraisal.

Rebberg.
Hi. The case was hall marked in London (see letter u in oval) and , if the date letter is 'a', then it was hallmarked in 1916. The luminous was used extensively during the first world war - 1914-18. Rolex were one of the first companies to make wrist watches for gents at this time. Regards, Tylden.
