Which Rolex service center in the US is currently the best option?

Which Rolex service center in the US is currently the best option? I know the service centers fluctuate in quality of work. I’m looking at sending one of my watches in for service and I am wondering whether to send it to New York, Beverly Hills, or Texas? Looking for recent experiences both positive and negative. Thanks in advance!

Have only used NYC and they took care of me albeit slowly. Curious about other peoples experiences across the country.

Dallas has been stellar for me.

Great communication and follow-through.

If you take it to an AD they can send to Lititz Pennsylvania. I think all Daytona’s and some Day Dates get sent there by default no matter where you drop it off. I was told that facility has access to more parts and replacement dial options than the others. Not sure if that is true or not.

I wasn't aware of a PA RSC until recently when an AD sent a watch there.

The AD also said virtually all the watches the Beverly Hills RSC receives are sent to PA, and also many from the Dallas RSC.

Has anyone else heard of the PA RSC, and that it seems to be doing more work?

My SD43 recently went to Dallas for a movement service....they did a great job and were very efficient, but it took about 2.5 months from the time it was checked in until it was back on my wrist. In fairness, they told me in advance it would take about 8-12 weeks.

Been to Dallas a couple of times. Besides the 18 layers of security check-in (which is good or a hassle, depending on how much time you have), it was a great experience. Cool building, too - if you're there in person.

I have brought my watches to RSC NYC no issues and very close to estimated time when watches come back. Good luck!

My 2007 YG GMT was serviced at the RSC in Dallas in late April 2022. Took 2.5 months which was less than their estimate. I was very satisfied with the results.

Springer's in Portsmouth NH is now a Rolex Service Center along with their recently opened Rolex boutique. I haven't used them for service but will at some point.

I've used the NY RSC three times (once since the move from Manhattan to Long Island City), and the service has always been beyond my expectations. They all came back looking and working like new.

I've taken three watches (in person) to RSC Beverly Hills and they've done great work on all of them. I don't believe that you can ship your watches to this SC - it's only for walk-ins and AD submissions. But, the customer service is top notch and the work is great.

I can confirm the Beverly Hills RSC has no support for consumer shipping/receiving watches based on a conversation with a manager there a couple of months ago. It's in-person drop off and pick up only.

I’ve used Dallas RSC twice since 2019. Prefer Dallas for new and neo vintage. Not vintage.

Mine was dropped off at RSC BH on May 23 and needed a full service, bracelet replacement, dial replacement, bezel replacement, hands replaced, and crown replacement. It was ready for pickup on July 12. So, 7 weeks.

Do any of the RSC’s offer laser welding?
