Wrist Feels Naked

After 10 years of near constant wear I dropped SubC date off at the AD to be sent off to service. The self winding was starting to grind and not wind the watch. I hardly ever took it off and it had its fair share of abuse. Needless to say my arm feels naked.

I had to laugh in the 15min I was in the AD at least half a dozen people came in asking if they had watches. Supposedly they had none for sale and just the display models. It was a Rolex only store front of a larger jeweler and wondering why they need 5-6 employees there to only tell people they don’t have watches. Seems like an unnecessary employee cost and rent expense to have nothing to sell.

Anyways hope to get it back in decent shape in a few months.

Dreading getting my watch serviced. Thankfully I’m about 8 years out, ha!
