Image sizes via different apps and phones

Can we increase the max image sizes for phones and other hardware which don’t use an app like Tapatalk or other extensions?

Seems odd one can add massive files with no size issues via Tapa but posting directly via phone or desktops and laptops has a small maximum size setting.
