Lug holes on #16710

Does anyone know about what year the lug holes on the 16710 GMT II disappeared?

2002 end of Y series early 2003. Non lugs holes cases started to make there appearence on most models.

Is that the same time for the 16713 (TT) also?

Mid Y serial is when the change took place, as with anything with Rolex it's more of guesstimate than absolute fact. In my experience the TT & Gold Sport models tend to lag a bit behind when comparing time lines to SS.

The Gold ones tend to be ahead of the the others YG subs had SEL long before SS and gold DJ's lost lug holes much earlier than the SS models did.
