No, they do not come with a separate COSC certificate.

Don't feel like digging my box out of the safe but I think my Sub ND COSC came with a hang COSC tag. Is that correct?

Red tag and the COSC on the dial(with some exceptions).

Yes, every COSC Rolex should come with a hang tag too, but it is not watch specific nor does it "certify" anything......it's just a cute little seal replica with a holograph on the back now...

Even my non-COSC Sub came with one in the box though...
