The strap change

Whenever I feel like a watch isn't getting any use, I try to change out the strap to see if it still sings to me.

I have the Black Bay on a RubberB 99% of the time but haven't worn it, as it has been replaced by my Seamaster 300M on rubber as my daily. Quick change to this strap and voila - it is still a keeper! Strap itself is just a hair short on the lugs, but oh well.

Always good to change up the look ever now and then.

Looks great! I have a RubberB for the same reason. Sometimes a fresh look is all you need.

Strap can change the watch at times for a great new look and feel. Great option to enjoy it more.

The strap change

This watch in particular is a strap monster. Looks good on every strap thrown it’s way. Strong work JP!

Doesn't look safe. Get a 22mm width strap. A 20mm strap (which you are apparently using) can snag and drag a shouldered springbar sideways and out of the 22mm lug space. Ever wonder why there were so many pics showing a nato miraculously 'saving' a watch on one side, after the other side was pulled out? You rarely see a failed springbar photo with anything other than a nato. Smooth springbars are much safer but you can't use them on no-hole cases without cutting them out when changing back. Best would be welded springbars, as originally used by the military with nato straps.

The buckles on $10 straps aren't great quality either.

That looks great and just need a little bit wider of a strap to be perfect

I agree that just changing the strap/bracelet can really bring a piece back to life.

I hadn’t touched my Omega PO 40mm in about 6 months. Decided to put it on a brown leather NATO and now it’s like I got a whole new watch. I can’t put it down!

To be fair, I have started to realize that, overall, I think Omegas look better on straps than bracelets.

That Black Bay looks great, I may have to experiment with my 58 next
