GMT II bezel
Hi there from TX
New to the forum, was lurking around for several month. Now the time has come to ask a question if you don’t mind. I’m looking at used GMT II (16710) with a few light scratches on the bezel. My question is - will (or may) Rolex change bezel (putting a new one) during one of the regular service events? Thank you G. |

If it's not banged up too bad they will optionally offer a new one, which you can decline if you want to keep your insert.

They'll replace the bezel insert if you want (for a price), and will likely keep the scratched one. The replacement will be a service insert which may have a different font from the original. For example, the original may have the serif font and the replacement may not. Many regard the serif font as more desirable.
