Tudor 9315 bracelet, Rolex 78360 substitute?
I have looked around and can not find a definitive answer. I have a really stretched out 9315 on my Tudor sub 79090. Although I know I can send it to Rolliworks, I know that
some Tudors came with a Rolex Bracelet. I see here and there that I can purchase a 7836 or 78360 Rolex bracelet. Will it fit properly? I read an old thread on Rolex Forums (I still can not link here), but they just talked about a different Rolex bracelet. In that 2012 forum post, member achova notes "A Rolex 9315 or 93150 will fit"... but I am asking about the 7836(0). Thanks. |

The 9315 has a different clasp, but they are generally interchangeable..

I know this isn't the question but I would get a 93150 and send the 9315 off to be repaired by Rolliworks. An AD will sell you a modern Tudor bracelet too for around $750-$800. It will be a tudor equivalent 93150.

Therefore, I do not want the Tudor on it... however, I probably will send it to Rolliworks when I get a Rolex replacement and have them make it like new. Thanks. |

One of the things that keeps stopping me from buying a Pelagos or BB despite coming close many times over the past decade is that the bracelet proportions are inferior to the Oyster, even though the bracelets are no less well made. |

The bracelets are interchangeable. It is the clasps that differ. The zero at the end signifies that is the newer solid-link bracelet. The older 7836/9135 are folded links, which are lighter and more vintage in feel.

So, the Tudor 78360 bracelet can take the 558 end links & clasp of a Rolex 7836? Reason I ask is I have a DJ 1600 with a 7836 bracelet that needs work, and sending it to Rolliworks would cost as much as getting a Tudor 78360 bracelet, with the benefit of the Tudor being solid links. I was hoping the Tudor 78360 bracelet would be the exact same part as it’s Rolex equivalent. |

Take the watch to your AD and ask for a 78500 bracelet. Job jobbed.

78360 will fit fine with the right end links (380b) but 78500, new, from the AD, will be similar money and come with fresh end links and spring bars. It is basically a solid 93150 with a Tudor clasp and old style flip lock i.e. no pattern.

Welcome! I have two of them and rotate them round all of mine, despite having folded and other bracelets. Lovely things - solid!
