Shop come back…wait times.
I recently had my Daytona 16520 serviced via the Beverley Hills Service Location. It was down a very long time for a full refurbishment much longer than 8 weeks. But now just a few months in, the watch is wildly inaccurate, it simply does not hold the time, it is actually worse than when I brought it in. I know they are backed up BAD but would I have to start all over in the queue ?
Curious if anybody has experience in this regard. |

No real advice, but only one way to find out ... Beverly Hill Service location.

Agree, visit back to Beverly Hills and ask them.

Take it back and let them fix it. That is a start.

You do not have a choice but bring it back to Beverly Hill Service Center.
If you go anywhere else, you will have to pay again. |

That being said, it's highly unlikely that BH is actually performing service. I've heard all Daytonas are now sent to Lititz and I would assume that even fewer are qualified to service the OP's watch as it's a Zenith calibre. |

I'm pretty certain if BH did the service, you'll get less of a wait there than if you took to another RSC.

I had a friend who a master certified watchmaker, trained by Rolex and Patek (unfortunately passed away). I was never a fan of the Zenith movement in the 16520 Daytonas. It had some compromises, he said. Hard to regulate, not very dependable. The 4030 movement is much more reliable.
Take it back, make sure the master watch maker works on it, not the interns. |

I brought my 116520 to the BH RSC at the beginning of 2023. I got it back in 4 weeks. I know they sent it out for service, but not sure if it was Dallas or Lilitz. It shouldn't be a problem and I would guess they would expedite your Zenith.

I would hope they’d give you some priority since you just had it in for service

I've been told that warranty repairs receive priority over regular service. It can still mean a wait but its a bit shorter.
