2023 marks the 60th anniversary of Rolex’s iconic chronograph
It’s highly possible Rolex will introduce a new Daytona or two.. I would be stunned if they discontinued the 116500 as it was only introduced in 2016? Just shy of 7 years. We’ll prb see a few new TT pieces and possibly full pm. Thoughts ?
Or does Rolex go crazy and come out with a new 41mm Daytona and scrap the 116500.. can’t wait ! |

Remember the explorer 2 anniversary?
I think it’s more likely that nothing significant will happen to the Daytona.

Scrap the 40mm and release only precious metal and a year later release 41mm. They need a year to build out the plan.
