Advice

Looking for some advice. I have a platinum day date with factory dial and bezel and a vintage woman’s two tone datejust. I’m looking to add to that and want to spend under $30k, get something with box and papers, and ensure it is not a watch that will lose value. I’m a woman but like a larger watch. What do you think would be a good purchase?

Were you looking for something vintage, or a new watch? If you want new, or relatively new, why not go to the Rolex website to look at what they have? You can do all sort of configurations on the watches - different bracelets, dials, bezels, etc. - and it will show you the current prices.

Neo-vintage Daytona or a modern PM piece on Oysterflex if you can push it. I would suggest to buy the watch because you like it. By no means are they an investment.

Welcome to the forum. I've got no suggestions at the moment, but know you'll enjoy the process of trying to determine what it should be.

My thin wife who is 5ft 3 wears larger men’s watches. Her go to watch has always been between a YG Tag Monaco and an Omega Seamaster on bracelet. She also wear a Panerai polished steel, white dial and 42mm. I have no idea about the values of her watches?!
