No cornet on dial and caseback does not look right to me?

Coronet has fallen of and looks like its hitched a ride with the second hand, gold plated bezel, considering there is no band there is no mention of any numbers

I'll wait for the vintage experts to jump in, just in case this is a rare vintage not a raw fungus
