Black Bay Pro or Black Bay Harrods?
Hey everyone.
So I just recently acquired a black bay pro for my collection, but have an opportunity to purchase a Harrods black bay (which is something I’ve wanted for a while). I like them both equally for different reasons but can only have one. This will be a third to my Pepsi GMT BLRO Z BLUE milgauss. Based on those two. Which would you choose? you have the Pepsi...so the BBP (GMT) would be redundant.....if I was u....Harrods (diver), especially since it's limited.....good luck with your choice....

Harrods as it adds green colour(not a typo English spelling) to your collection.

Go with the diver, balances your collection rather than adding another GMT.

Harrods. You stated you have wanted it for a while. A BB Pro is something you could always add later. The Harrods is more difficult to get. As others have said you already have a GMT so the Harrods makes even more sense.

So the new BB Heritage 41mm released at W&W has called time on the existing thick cased 79230 no-date range on which the Harrods is based.
It would seem logical to assume that this 79230G version will be discontinued when the remaining 79230N and 79230B models are replaced by the new M7941’s. It may be a case of get it while you can. Equally, there may be a new slim case Harrods in a few years time. I have one and whilst I like the colouration, I’m not keen on how chunky it is (even more so than the BB GMT). |

I would go with the Pro. A bit against the grain, but it sort of mixes up the collection a bit more I think. A bit more diverse.

I have a Z Blue Milgauss and was also torn between the Harrod’s BB and the BB Pro. Although I like green, I went with the BB Pro because it looked better on my wrist, the clasp is awesome, and I didn’t have a GMT.

Personal opinion but I actively hate the Harrods green, just looks like throw up.

I’m the opposite. I like it better than the Rolex Green. Much better. If it had the dimensions of the Sub, I’d get rid of my 126610LV. As it stands I still have both. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Harrods all day long, not a fan of the BB pro at all. I have the BB Harrods, fantastic watch, but it is thick.

I'd go with the Pro all day long, which I have. I am not a fan of the color of the green on the Harrod's. BTW I have a Rolex Cermit and love it.

In a vacuum, I'd get the BBP. But to add to your collection, I'd get the Harrods.

Harrods for me.
I've tried on the Pro, and just can't warm up to it. EDIT: I just saw the pics with you wearing each watch. Based on them, I think the Pro looks better on your wrist. |
