For sale is a pre-owned near mint condition 36mm stainless steel and 18kt yellow gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust. The Datejust will come with box, papers, and service documents. Fresh from factory service in May of 2023, the Datejust received a complete service, new case back, new crown, new dial, new hands, and was refinished. The sale of this 16013 includes Rolex double boxes, an international service card, copy of work performed at service, manual, green sleeve, hang tag, and warranty paper. The Datejust is a 8.7 million serial that was originally purchased in late 1985. The Datejust has a new silver dial featuring applied gold baton hour markers, luminous stick hands, central sweeping second hand, a magnified date indicator at three o'clock, and an applied Rolex Coronet at twelve o’clock. The polished and brushed stainless steel case remains in excellent condition with no notable imperfections. The case is affixed with an 18kt yellow gold fluted fixed bezel with flutes that show some rounding. The Rolex is mounted on a polished and brushed stainless steel and 18kt yellow gold Jubilee bracelet with a fold-over clasp. The bracelet is in 65% or better condition with some stretch commensurate with age. The Jubilee bracelet is currently configured with two removable double links and will accommodate a wrist circumference of 7.35-inches. The scratched clasp was not refinished at service as it was engraved with the original owner’s initials. The initials can still be made out with a little effort. Powering the Datejust is an automatic self-winding Rolex 3035 caliber with approximately 42 hours of power reserve.
