Need Help Please
Hey everyone -
I know it has been awhile since I have been on here. Actually it was right after my daughter was born :) My dad is trying to get rid of his Rolex because he needs the money. I am considering either buying it from him and giving it back to him or helping him sell it. Problem is I have no idea how much to buy it for or sell it for? I believe it is from the 80's before the scratch resistant face. Here are a few pics. I know they are not the best but I would appreciate any advice I can get from the ROLEX EXPERTS :) Thank you very much! |

Well from what I can see it has an aftermarket dial refinish which wll diminish its value a bit has an oyster band not as desireable as the jubilee for this model. Without better pics you're looking at between a g and 1500 best guess Rik

ummmm cant be vignette...because Vignette dial shades little bit lower this one seem to be little bit solid all through out the way...

Maybe it would be best to take some real pics and not crappy iphone pics and post them. I will have my dad take some pics tonight with a real camera and I will post them.
Again I would like to thank you all for your help. I appreciate it :) Eric |

Definitely not a Vignette dial.
Looks more like an AM to me. Better pic's would of course help. As of now I dare to put the value between $1,000 -1,500. |
