Hey All!
Been waiting for this beauty since last Christmas. Bought (4) Cartiers during the holidays from one of my ADs in So Cal. Wanted to get matching Rondes for my wife, mother in law, and sister in law. Of course, had to get myself the Santos with silver dial and blue PVD bezel. The GM at store told me that due to purchase she would get me either the Sub Date or Explorer II Polar. I was split between the two, but just a little bit of me leaned toward the Polar. The white dial, gmt, and orange touch, just make this watch special. It is a true tool watch, and a great daily wearer it will make. I love the sub as well, but have a Seamaster 300M 2254.50 (first mechanical watch), which is basically the black dial diver I need. My other two Rolex in collection are black dials, so again, this offers such a great diversity with the Polar dial. This has been a great year for me in terms of Rolex allocation. Since Christmas, I've received a TT CHNR, VTNR, and now the Polar. Next up, the new White Dial Daytona, now that would be a real miracle. Hope everyone gets their watch! Regards, S |

Nice! Also, I know this is the Rolex page, so a bit off topic, but let’s see that blue bezel Santos you bought! I was looking at those today, in fact, and my wife said that version of the Santos was her favorite…

Congrats!!
That Exp II is truly special! I'd still get that Sub the AD mentioned if you have the chance, it's a helluva diver. You're obviously a very generous man gifting Carriers to in laws, it's nice to see people like you being allocated these watches. Wear it in health and safety for years to come. |

Love the polar dial. I tried one but the 42 was just a bit too much for my wrist.
Enjoy and congratulations
