Oyster flex bracelet

I’m picking up a YM42 today from a gray dealer. I believe the oyster flex bracelet will be made to a good fit with different letters each side. Should both sides of the bracelet be the same or is it fine to mix and match.

I have the straps in D and F size, so I guess it's ok to mix and match. anyway, YM42 has Glidelock extension system, which allows fine adjustment of the length by some 15 mm in increments of approximately 2.5 mm. Plus, you can change your straps within one month's time for free at the RSC.

I don’t own one but I’m sure people have posted on here with different sized pieces to get the best fit for them.

Congrats in advance! Of course it's fine to mix sizes on each side. Whatever gives you the best fit.

I no longer own mine but mine had different sizes. It was sized at the NYC RSC and I believe it came with E and F. The E was on the 6 o’clock side.

The E stayed and the F was changed to G. They kept the side they swapped.

Odds are the six o'clock side will be a shorter side than the 12 o'clock. This is to help center the clasp underneath.
