FS: Excellent Patek Phillipe Perpetual Calendar 3940p Full Set

Up for sale is an excellent conditioned 3940p from Patek Phillipe purchased in March of 2006. Extremely sought after and rare watch if you're a fan of the brand. There's a reason why Phillipe Stern wore a 3940 daily as it's a reference that marks significance for the brand in many different ways. Highly recommend to read into the reference for anyone into the Patek Phillipe brand.

Watch is in excellent condition overall with no notable scratches/dents to note. Excuse the hairlines and fingerprints when I took these pictures in the sun. It is extremely clean overall and the dial is just perfect. The deployant and leather strap is in extremely excellent shape as well. Hallmarks are extremely crisp throughout the watch on the case and deployant. I've worn the watch sparingly since I acquired it around 4.5 years ago and I've not stretched the deployant at all since with my small wrists. Watch was serviced by Patek in October of 2015 and note on the service notes there is no mention of case refinishing. Don't miss out on an excellent opportunity for this one as it's IMO the most recognizable perpetual calendar Patek makes.

Comes with everything you see in the pictures (as complete as this watch will get to my knowledge). This includes the watch, original brown delivery sleeve box (pictured with the platinum stylus inside), wiping cloth, Patek's winder that serves as the display box, outer paper envelope for leather sleeve, leather sleeve for documentations, all shown documentations/booklets/instructionals including certificate of origin, and of course the envelope from Henri Stern in NY with servicing record/invoice.

I am asking for $92,000 to me via wire/direct transfer. Amazing watch that almost never come up often for sale. Feel free to see the comps lately on ones that sold immediately from eurowatches.

I am located in San Diego but willing to travel reasonable distances in the LA/Orange County Area at secure locations. I will not do a face to face unless I know you (or through heavy references through mutual friends/other trusted sellers) without securing funds first. If you want the watch shipped I only ship via Fedex next day insured via Parcel Pro. This can be provided as shipping cost or you can provide the shipping label. I will ship immediately after wire clears unless there are special circumstances of which would be agreed upon before paying for complete transparency.

All watches I sell are guaranteed 100% genuine Rolex (or other brands) and out of my personal collection as I'm not affiliated with Rolex in any way except as a collector. I've done countless deals with all the main trusted sellers around (ocrolexguy, justrolexes, DavidSW, Sohail, vintage guys etc) so you won't have a problem with me nor what I promise. Feel free to inquire and search feedbacks....if you need I can even provide further references on other forums/hobby deals if it helps you.

I will respond to inquiries via PM for now only and try to get back to you as quick as possible. Thanks in advance for looking.

Thanks for the inquiries. Here are some additional pictures outside of direct sun per request:

The watch is in excellent condition minus some surface level scratches (very light wear considering the age). To answer some questions, I've consulted the watch with a couple people that seems to think the watch looks unpolished and there is no refinishing mentioned during the service by Patek. So I don't think it's been polished and it certainly has extremely sharp hallmarks on the case to speak for this....but I am not the 1st owner so hence I can't be 100% sure.

Sharing a negotiated price of $88,000 for the watch. That's a good couple clicks lower than the selling price for the rare example that popped up at eurowatches in the last couple months.

Happy Labor Day and let's look forward to a great fall season.
