On one sub-head, “watch theft overtaking drugs as the crime of choice” is a mixed allegory.
For burglaries, and therefore a secondary source of Watch crime, drugs are often the motive force and the currency for exchange among criminals. I know that’s just a downstream aspect of the article’s point of view - but it’s a big part of street crime too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
