1675 Pepsi Bezel check... think not right
Another bezel question... I bought this watch at a highly reputable auction house.
Looking at the bezel recently, something not quite right about it. Where the red crosses the 18 at the 9 o'clock position looks different to any others I've seen. I have higher quality images and can post a link (if I'm allowed?). The watch came with a black bezel insert and this Pepsi insert as an extra (makes me think service or not right... and why the auction house didn't list it with the Pepsi bezel installed). 2.9m serial number. Appreciate other's thoughts here... |

Given the shape of the numbers "8" most likely a service insert but genuine Rolex. Should also have a red back for that date range. Others will comment soon.

Thank you!! Took it to a watchmaker today and they said same thing. Real just service dial. Still not sure about where the red crosses the 1 and the 8 on 18.
