Rolex tudor ranger ?

Hey,guys is 7991/0 a good model number for a nondate ranger? Serial#66## tryin to find out what year also or my luck could be fake. A friend of mine's dad owns a pawn shop and he's told me to take it and try to find out about it. If it turns out ok he's going to let me have it for what he got it for which is cheap, runs good band rough.

Try to get a couple of pictures to post here.

Most rangers floating around are fake or franken (which is probably the case here).
