Submariner Dial and Hands Questions

I'm new to timepiece ownership. I want to learn more about what I have. If you know, let me know if you think I'm on the right track or totally off base with my thoughts.
SS - 16800 Sub is from 1984. Since the dial and hands have no patina this was either in a safe for the last 30+ years or the dial and hands were replaced before I bought it.

TT-16613LN Sub is from 1991 or 1992. The hands and dial has some patina. It doesn't glow at night. So I'm thinking they are original.

BUT, when I study these two watches side by side, the white part of the minute hands are different thicknesses and the seconds hand circle is closer to the end of the hand on the TT from 1991 as compared to the SS from 1984.

Do these differences appear correct to you? I apologize for all my incorrect terminology. I'll get better with time.

The SWISS MADE on the 16800 dial suggests that it is a luminova replacement dial. The original tritium lume dial would have said SWISS-T<25, IIRC.

16800 hands don't look right to me, either. Also, if that had been in a safe; would the bezel ring not be much sharper? It looks very worn/polished to me. What year did 16800s get white gold hour marker surrounds and the "SWISS MADE" on the dial?

Edited - Dan beat me to the dial, whilst typing!

What are your concerns with the hands?

With the limitations of the quality of these pictures, 16800 to me looks like a nice matching set of service super luminova dial, hands, and bezel, likely all done at the same time, newer than the year 2000.

Assume it was polished when it was serviced.

TT pics are too dark.

No massive concern beyond the fact they're 'service', which the OP was asking about.
