With the markets softening, and two tones generally being in less demand, I'm curious to what the expectation is of getting this at an AD with no spend history?

I would say not impossible at all. It is TT after all. Be firm but polite, ask for what you want, make it clear you’ll pay but without bundling etc.

It varies so much from place to place it seems. There are some decent ones
Out there but smooch variation it’s not funny.
